Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your email mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this intuitive interface, you can set up a new email box account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Besides, you can forward mails from one email mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and defend your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email boxes against junk e-mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your email messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming emails based on specific criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create an email filter for any of your email accounts and specify the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Just select the e-mailbox account you wish to forward electronic mail messages from, then specify the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your mailboxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you wish to set up on your computer or smartphone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
